The American Academy of Financial Management has selected Pervasive Learning Solutions as an accredited provider of the Certified Risk Analyst® program. PLS can now deliver both standard CRA® open enrollment and custom CRA® programs to clients in the United States. PLS is the sole provider of the CRA® program in New York State. With its core discipline in the areas of Project Management and Financial Services PLS is authorized to develop contextual versions of the CRA® program for designation and certification by the American Academy Financial Management.

CRA™ Course Overview
In this program you will explore the various risk exposures that may directly affect your projects and portfolios of projects as well as organizational risk exposures. You will gain a clear understanding of up to the minute theories and systems for risk management and develop your own set of tools and techniques for combating risk within your own organization. This is an innovative course that has been specifically designed to highlight the importance of accurate risk assessment and risk mitigation.

At the end of this four day program you take an in-class test and if you pass, obtain your CRA designation from the American Academy of Financial Management™ (AAFM™, a fully accredited certification body) within a few short weeks. Members with a PMP® coupled with the CRA™ will be highly formidable in the workplace and the marketplace.

CRA™ Training Style This course has been specifically designed to include presentation, practical exercises and highly interactive group sessions. The CRA™ certification will be received approximately one month after successfully passing the in-class examination.

Prerequisites
