Myers- Briggs Type Indicator - Introductory Session
This introductory session will help participants have a much better appreciation of the basis for their own behavior as well as that of others. They will explore the both the functions and the attitudes of the model and understand how all the letters come together to accurately describe many of the things that have always puzzled them about themselves an others, and then move beyond that to forming working relationships with others that result in higher levels of performance. This program is the true basis for understanding and working with diversity.
Conflict Resolution Strategies Workshop
This one day program examines the nature of how and when "conflict" occurs, the causal factors involved, and the approaches/strategies that one can take to resolve these conflicts in a mutually beneficial way.
